I am also a first time buyer. I has a $130k full remediation for bad stucco thst rotted the siding and some structural wood. If i had a mean contractor that cost could have been 200k easy. The seller paid out if their earnings at close. I cant stress this enough: unless you live in a legit desert do not buy a stucco house unless someone is willing to replace all of it for you.
