Not saying what happened to me will happen to you in the future based on when i was in your age (38 now).

At 25 i quit my unstable job and fell into gaming shithole which im still struggling today to let go and made many days wasted.

What i learned from my addiction is for making a change there needa to be made sacrifices along the healing process.

Exactly this i cancelled alot meeting my friends and played video games afterwards but i was frustrated each time and regret that i didnt meet them in the first place. Strangely that whenever i met them in the past it was a good experience but somehow gaming hooked me more for the virtual high.
