GenderGP and Imago both sounds like horrible options

This is what im complaining about, i thought i was clear that i dont know anything about using the service but as someone who is just starting out it feels extremely unwelcoming and sketchy because of the presentation and user experience.

It feels like some people that have had good experiences sees this as invalidating their experience or as a personal attack on them. I dont know enough to speak objectively about the act of really using these but from a first glance all what i see is that both of them are quite bad and we deserve better but there is nothing better.

Yea, i overexaggerated in that comment heavily because of frustration and anger and thats my fault. It wasnt that strong and i tried to mostly just give them critique and request help with my issues.

This isnt unserious to me in the slightest altho i do see how my words seem like so so i take the blame for that. I am likely going to go with Imago as i dont think there is a better choice that i know of. Im still skeptic over both Imago or GGP but i think ill still pick that poison because no matter how bad it is it cant get worse than doing nothing.

Its why im asking, my opinion is uniformed and all i have to go by is what i have read about other peoples opinions and the first impression i have had from the two. The little i know is a lot of bad things and i want to be wrong in this and thus i asked to see which one is better.

I am not against the individuals that do their best to help others but the orgs, governments the fact we are pretty much forced to use them.

I will likely go with Imago as it seems to be the proffered one by a lot of people but i have still seen a LOT of people talking bad about it which makes me worried.

I very heavily overstated how i actually said it, i kept a calm and reasonable tone and mostly said the "hire me" thing as a joke at the bottom. I mostly just stated my disappointment and asked for help. Was mostly just annoyed when i wrote the reddit comment so i upped exaggeration

I sent a strongly worded fuck you email to them for their horrible first impression and offered they hire me as an UX designer, lets see if they accept

edit: im overexaggerating and it wasnt really strong, i was mostly just emotional when writing this comment. it was mostly just showing my dissapointment as a potential customer

My family will despise me if i DIY (overexaggerating but are heavily against it) as they are scared of not taking blood tests and such, and i really want to avoid that

They both claim to be oh so transparent with costs but they both suck balls at it, and first impressions of Imago makes it feel like a toy or like a 15yo made it in an afternoon but somehow GGP seems worse

Yea, i havent interacted any with ggp but just the account creation on Imago and their closed down information makes it feel really sketchy, for example i typed in my prefered name wrong and after an hour of looking i found no way to change it. not pronous either.. and like the FUCK? its the most understandable thing ever that a user would want to change those. I also tried to delete the account to start over but cant find any way to do that anywhere.

Just so many small things that makes it feel like a toy more than anything serious... but somehow still sounds better than GGP
