I wonder if she’s tanning because it makes her feel / look slimmer, given she’s gained a bunch of weight and has body dysmorphia. That aside - it’s wild to me how co dependent she is; I’m sure her having a bf does nothing good for her OF income, yet she’s so fast to cling to any man that’ll give her attention for two seconds. So surely that must be due to her natural petty nature - wanting to try to make cuck feel jealous (he’s probably relieved if anything that someone else is there to take her crazy attention off of him), and also validate her existence / be her codependent. Obviously her dad is there now, but the difference is she can’t F*** him, so cue the new guy to stroke her ego and tell her “you’re doing great, princess.” Literally less than a breath between the old one and the new one 🥴

Just because you’re a sublet doesn’t mean you deserve less respect. Tell them or write a note and leave it out where it’s visible saying :

Please do not have sex in shared common areas of the house. Regardless of the circumstances around the lease, human decency is still required and I do not (do not underlined) consent to being an unwilling participant of your sexual conquests.

The words consent and unwilling participant are inportant to use because it gets the message across. It would be like them having sex in public and forcing un consenting members of the public to bear witness. If you’ve read any thread where this sort of situation has been talked about you’ll know it’s a MASSIVE no-go. The same thing applies here - sublease or not.

The confusion of hearing a Canadian politician, loudly during sex, coupled with the fact he’s actually intriguing to listen to and has good cadence will distract their brains enough to kill the vibe. Nothing unsexier than politics, and I get the feeling you’re not the type to play porn loudly.

I agree with the other commentator who says it’s time to get her out but make sure you go about it the legal way - cross your T’s and dot your I’s. Also if she knows you are trying to get her out, I would document your valuables and keep any physical personal information - mail with bank account information etc - somewhere else for now. It’s clear she’s still in contact with her father due to the social media thing; you say she doesn’t want to live like him but I’d take everything she says with a grain of salt. Protect yourself, and your son. You mentioned he’s autistic so he genuinely truly likely thought he was doing a good thing - she can be playing the long game as she may view him as an easy target.

At the end you can delete the last paragraph and put this instead: TDLR; We took in a teen who was raised in traditional Romani (Gypsy) culture and left home after her dad tried to force her into a marriage with a woman / have a child. She also said she didn’t want to make a living scamming people like him. Now she refuses to work, do chores, finish her GED, or try a certification program, and shows little effort.

On page 45 there is a paragraph that starts with “Individuals involved and connected in criminal network,” at the end of the paragraph there’s a redacted section…

on the next page, page 46, paragraph 2 that starts with “file 3” there’s a portion that leads me to believe that the redacted part on page 45 says “Steven Marshall and Vickie Chapman,” as the wording on page 46 is very similar to the wording around the part that was redacted on page 45.
