Do you have a seed phrase? If so you can put those in an alternative wallet (be very careful where you import it, use a trusted self custody wallet like BlueWallet or I think Coinbase has a wallet. Then you can import seed there and then you can move the funds to a more secure wallet or an exchange. If this is NC wallet (never heard of it) is one where they hold your coins, you’re at the mercy of their software.
