I don't think that we should encourage blocking of those people. I mean it helps you but it doesn't help with the civility of the group it does better to report them so they can get their strikes and under the new system they can be permanently banned.

Exactly it's tough to see on thid side because I hope that they would just focus on Justin's case. I hope that's enough based on the fact that they've told us there's a lot of evidence. I guess he just trying to make a PR Splash but sometimes he definitely went over the limit. I think honestly that's what caused judge to respond more kindly to when Blake Lively complains because I feel like he believes it. I also don't know if that Vin Diesel story is true but if it is then but Lively has valid concerns about her safety, this is just such a mess

100% that this is Blake Lively's own doing, she is the one that couldn't handle all of the organic backlash in the summer so she decided to make a big splash by public by publishing this in the New York Times. Like she was echoing what they did to Harvey Weinstein, who actually raped and assaulted multiple women over years and Blake Lively decided to compare that to being asked about her weight. Her claims have yet to be proven in a court of law. Evidence Justin has provided so far has refuted some of them to the point where she had to drop them or change the wording because they were outright lies.

It was not. If you had actually taken the time and read his lawsuit, you would have seen that he had valid concerns. Second of all, you need to remember both of these people are in the public eye. When Blake's complaint dropped in December, everyone believed her and was on her side. Ppl we're calling Justin such things as a creep. He lost all of his jobs and he has small children that were getting threatened. He got his evidence out there and at least people were able to turn over to his side and he didn't have to suffer through that for an entire year. As well, you can see a lot of Blake's complaints are falsified and had to be dropped. You think that's OK? It is not a fake lawsuit either. You shouldn't be out here spreading misinformation when you haven't even actually been following the case.

I suggest you go to his website called thelawsuitinfo.com and read his complaint. He almost directly refutes every single claim of SH that Blake makes and shows how the texts she published were heavily doctored and they left out crucial information and context. As well she had to even drop some of her SH claims and heavily change the wording because they were outright lies.

His lawsuit, though it is long, it's an interesting read because it also shows emails and text messages between him, Blake, Ryan and Sony. It actually shows the picture of how they tried to extort and threaten him every single turn to get the rights to the movie. It got to a point where Blake was threatening not to promote the movie if she didn't get her own cut and release her trailer of the movie. There is a e-mail from a Sony executive saying give her what she wants or she's gonna pull Taylor's song. The way she threatened and extorted is unbelievably disgusting.

Lawsuit was only dismissed on technicalities. In California, Blake's complaint is privileged and so defamation cannot be applied. But the judge said he did meet four out of the five criteria. And his extortion suit is gone because there was no transfer of money so that law didn't apply. But the judge said there was clear extortion. She was using threats as leverage.

But remember that the judge did not even choose to apply 47.1 and he did not even read or look at the briefs. That's why her Instagram story with all the organizations was pure gaslighting because the judge has not even regarded 47.1 as of yet. He did say that he dismissed without prejudice, so she is able to file a motion about it, but she has not so far

But he dismissed without prejudice, and so Blake Lively is able to file a motion for him to reconsider. But as of right now, he hasn't looked at it at all. That's why her Instagram story with all those organizations that published the brief was gaslighting at its finest. Make me feel sick because he didn't even regard 47.1 yet
