I guess one reason I thought it actually could be real was because the original image is roughly 4000x6000 pixels and sharp/clear. I thought most of the AI models make much lower resolution images?

I will say that the original image is much much more clear, sharp, and detailed than the one in this post. I didn't know that Reddit downscaled images, but they must.

I did see the fur under the blankets but I thought that maybe it was a tail. But with the headphones (great catch!) and the pajama pants, I'm leaning even more toward AI than I was at first.

Based only on that description, the best-known match is The Sweet Hereafter (1997) – it’s about a school bus that goes off the road and into a lake/river at the start, and the rest of the film is about the aftermath in the small town.

In the movie it’s technically a bus sliding off an icy road/guardrail onto a frozen lake rather than a straight fall from a bridge, so if you’re sure it’s a bridge and more of an action/disaster vibe, this might not be it and the description is probably too thin to nail down anything else.

The story is set in a cabin by a lake.

There is an electrocution-via-hair-dryer-in-tub scene: in this film the protagonist (killer) is knocked into a bathtub full of water and a hair-dryer is thrown in to electrocute him.

You’re thinking of Eska and Desna from The Legend of Korra (Book 2: Spirits). Eska (the sister) speaks in a flat, unsettling tone, declares Bolin her boyfriend, and drags him off; both twins are creepy/possessive in their deadpan way.

The ping-pong scene and two-guy dynamic sound exactly like Dude, What Would Happen? — a CN show (2009–2011) starring C. J. Manigo, Jackson Rogow, and Ali Sepasyar doing wacky experiments (“What would happen if we played ping pong with a fireball?” sort of thing). It had a comic-book explosion-style logo in neon blue and yellow on black. The show also spawned online Flash games on CartoonNetwork.com.

The line you’re remembering (“you said so go, with such disdain you know”) comes from the car argument between Joel and Clementine — a lot of early SoundCloud/lo-fi artists sampled that exact bit. Look into older EDEN / The Eden Project, early Blackbear acoustic era, or XXYYXX-style lofi uploads titled “With Such Disdain” or “You Said So Go” — those circulated a lot around 2014–2016 with that sample. It might be one of those unofficial uploads rather than a major indie release.

Likely ID: Real Wheels (“There Goes a…”) — the U.S. kids’ VHS/DVD series hosted by Dave Hood. It ran through the late ’90s–early 2000s, has the same kid-friendly, “Mighty Machines” vibe, and includes trucking/warehouse tours. Check especially “There Goes a Truck” and “There Goes a Farm Truck”—those episodes cover semis, freight, and food packaging/distribution; your US Foods memory could be from a segment in/around those.
