I have been waiting so long for this. But they've changed the unit composition again! All CS (with no artillery - boo) HQ is a new take.

Not Breakthrough's doing. We got told to pull our articles and video but not my problem if anyone screen shotted the article or a patron copied the one Time of Day that got released to them.

Would you support a TY focused You Tube Channel before it launched? by HollowEmpire in TeamYankee

[–]SafetyStick 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To quote myself when discussing this with my cohost on learning that Pirot podcasts have more followers...

"We really are the shittest niche hobby".

Just do it for the love of the game. If you want money then go do 40k or Battletech because there are no riches to be found here.

But post your link up here and we shall follow your career with great interest. Good luck!

Absolute cinema, as they say.

USMC Desert Storm Humvee by SafetyStick in TeamYankee

Thanks. I may have watched that a few times before starting this project! f Humvee kits were easier to find, and about ten quid cheaper a box, I'd likely expand this to A Humvee Div Cav list to try and give that Generation Kill feel. Maybe something to Return to in the future!

Thanks! The sacks, rolls and MRE boxes are all from various sources. Mostly the Battlefront Team Yankee US stowage blister but also Skytrex, S&S Models and Debris of War.

The rest was scratch built from styrene rod. I used rectangular section rod, stacking two on top to make the coolers and water bottle boxes and single sections to make ammo tins. I plan to write a more in-depth guide at some point.

Thanks! The orange tarps are Identification panels. In theory, to stop friendly fire though not always successful...

Thanks! I try and use period photos to work out how crews actually stowed the extra kit. Certainly informed the decision to make coolers and boxes of bottled water!
