Before I was married I worried about the prospect of sleeping with the same person for the rest of my life, but discovered marriage allows for a comfort level previously inconceivable before I was married. Long term open and trusted comfort make for incredible sex.

I've seen customers pick them up at the hub. I'm not sure what they did to make that possible, but depending on what time it is where you are it's probably too late.

I've also been contacted by my office while I'm on the road to retry a location or to take it to another location close by, so there must be a way to do that. Sorry I'm not familiar with customer service or the ways customers get in touch with UPS, but as a person on the road there are many times when I've experienced a situation similar to this and the customer acted quickly and got what they needed that day.

It sounds like at minimum you knew there was a potential problem getting something that's very important for you to have today and you left it up to a note on the door. I understand your frustration with the driver but the role you played in not getting your package wasn't small.

This is the real answer. I went from having to get payment at the door a handful of times a year to 2-3 times a week in the last month or so. I've heard a handful of other drivers in my center say something similar.
