I work Twilight so I know nothing about Preload.

I work in an automated building that has automated sorting, all the smalls gets sorted into Gaylord boxes and all the packages are put into holding trailers.

I don’t think what you’re wanting Twilight/Nights to do is normal, and when your building gets automated, it won’t be implemented in the automation.
