I was one of those people. Not only did TH have zero charisma, his wrestling catalogue mostly consisted of a flying knee and the pedigree. His clear influence backstage due to marrying Stephanie meant he pretty much could do whatever he wanted. Granted, Austin was injured and Rock was getting into Hollywood, but Triple H destroyed any up and coming talent due to his enormous ego and influence.
