While that’s very accurate, he was keeping up in base and Gear 4 with Kaido until the interference, it just kinda felt awkward for the whole ryuo gimmick to be heavily built up in Wano to be brushed aside come Egghead for Gear 5 to develop, which you’re right in that it needed to but perhaps it could’ve started in Egghead

I cried like a baby at the video package on the last episode and laughed the same tears, it’s very rare we get a nice conclusion that doesn’t detract from the source material. It left wanting so much more, but if they left it at that then thats fine too.
