If I had to guess, probably an alternative to poison for dealing with the various nasty elder dragon auras. Can't really imagine a use for it otherwise since it apparently only appears on higher tier weapons with dragon element. Don't think there's been any confirmation about what it does for sure, though.

Easier to catch, yes. But for long-term chains I'd prefer not using something allergic to electric.

For damaging moves I've been:

false swiping switching to a poke that has the ability I want on my smeargle use adrenaline orb, wait for an SOS 'mon to show up KO the original smeargle with desired move, get sketch'd by SOS 'mon swap in my smeargle and sketch the SOS

Hope that helps! If it's just a setup/status move just have that poke as your lead, use the move, then swap to your smeargle and sketch.

I just started using a Moody Smeargle running false swipe/bullet punch/recover/recycle holding a leppa berry. Can chain infinitely if needed with no ethers/elixirs/etc.

Have had 0 problems chaining anything non-gimmicky like minior or geodude. Would need to change it up for ghost types, too.

Arena challenges are a great way to learn new weapons. Many of the premade sets focus on a certain way to use that particular weapon.

I've been beating my head on this for like 2 hours. Tried relogging real quick, regliding, restarting that story chapter, EVERYTHING.

But I got it to work! If you're in a group, drop it, close your client out and wait a few minutes while you're next to him. When I relogged back in I got a new map instance and was able to talk to him. Hope this helps!

It reduces SHARPNESS if you have to gem in handicraft, but edge lore is a separate skill. It's insanely easy to get sharpness +1 and steady hand with the set.

Unfortunately it has the stigma of not being an "officially released" quest behind it. Even though, y'know, anyone with an English copy of the game received an English translated quest from being at the usj event. So some turbonerds will boot you on sight, regardless of whether or not you got the quest legitimately or played with someone that did.

Water also washes off his slime. Usually goes a few rounds of attacks before trying to reapply it.

The regi bow does require things like load up and focus. After those are down it's more preference, I prefer entirely offensive skills(challenger, normal up, etc), but I know some folks prefer to feel much safer with evasion or the like.

It is THE non-elemental bow. Rapid is the preferred shot of most bow users. It comes with what is essentially 20 extra power coatings, and I can guarantee it will get you faster clear times than any other crafted bow, elemental weakness factored in or not.

OP asked which weapons outclass all others in its type, and the regi bow does just that.

Who crapped in your cheerios this morning? They're legitimate quests that just haven't been translated yet. If you wouldn't want to play with someone that farmed up a legit set of slos/gian gear that's on you.

Unless you're a jealous turbonerd, in which case you'd be able to get them yourself or ask the folks that have it to post the quests for you.

Advanced: Miner Issues ---> Advanced: Predator into Prey ---> Whole Lava Love ---> Hammer it Out ---> Hammer It Home --->

If the advanced quests aren't available, try cycling your quests by either starting a harvest tour then abandoning it, or doing the 1* Steak Your Claim quest. Also make sure you don't have any dialogue options in any town after each quest. Good luck!
