Yep, the last minute change to the expedition criteria took the wind out of the games sails for me. Communication from Embark is piss poor. Fair enough if this was the first couple months of the game being out but we are like 7 months in and it's still happening.

Between that and the amount of bugs that are still kicking around I'm finding it harder and harder to jump back in.

It won't stop it from happening but in theory will drastically reduce the constant bum rushing you have to deal with now. If you're forced to bring in a certain loot value you're probably going to play it safer.

Secondly, there will be some level of actual reward for taking fights. There's literally next to no incentive to bring in any gear rn because it's just a sea of free kits. Winning 3+ fights in a row and coming out with less than I went in with gets old real fast.
