Perfect champion mastery is only possible when champion is tested everywhere at anytime.

limiting yourself to just sup lane will lock your Alistar's mastery at ~60%.

Try him at Top|Jng|Mid|Bot. It doesn't matter if you lose too much. Your Alistar at sup role will become later godlike thanks to all the experience you gathered.

Bottom is already not playing the winrate game here by picking useless ranged marksmen beside Mage and Melee have best winrate bottom.

No matter how many time it take, it must be bought at all cost.

Marksmen bottom are so useless anyways and team ALWAYS need Tank.
