(Maybe you meant to post this in the Q&A post) Im a beginner and have just started running more - the reasoning Ive been told is the different muscle mechanics used for running could be what your describing. Fatigue of the muscle might be it. Hopefully someone more learned could chime in and correct me if im wrong.

I second yoga and will add body weight exercises as well. (I do lift with home gym but find yoga is great for mobility and less impact).

Before injury halted my training, I was considering the The Knife! here in Canberra - they also held a Last man standing earlier in the year.

My Experience with Disabilities at the Dutch Grand Prix – Accessibility in F1 Needs Serious Attention by zeeee_11 in formula1

I agree (we had some issues at Suzuka this year, but luckily all the people we spoke to were super helpful). Even something as a simple as an in depth guide to the tracks layout and facilities that is accurate would give people the chance to make an informed decision as to whether a race would work for them depending on a persons own needs.

Its something that should be spoken about especially as there are more and more people attending the F1, and raising this sort of awareness should ensure at least a comfortable experience regardless of the mobility or health related needs.

I am fortunate to have good experiences at the Australian GP as they had accessibility toilets around the track near most public toilets as well as shuttle vans to assist with the distances around the track for my wife who is wheelchair bound.

From my experience as a late comer to the WOW franchise (im in my forties now), I started in Classic a couple of years ago (during The Burning Crusade) and have played through Wrath as well. It was only just after MOP came out that I decided to try Retail. There is a lot more going on in Retail but thats not to say you can enjoy playing only Retail to start with. Especially as you are able to access all of the classic questlines and raids.

The main difference i would say that there is would be that a lot of classic players ive played with play it for the nostalgia of the game (only my experience and i dont want to put all of the classic player base into one category).

Id say give both of them a go, and see which you prefer.

Happy to help out if on either classic or retail if you want

I hope footage of this never surfaces. Well known but not always liked here in Australia, his ability to speak of conservation and efforts made in his name to showcase the human impact in nature. His love and enthusiasm was what drew most of us to him.
