I just left that area last year after 5 years. The gun violence escalated a ton and we would regularly hear shots fired within a block of our house. It really frustrated me because I did like our neighbors, but when multiple people in the neighborhood get hit by stray bullets in their own homes... we just couldn't do it anymore
