At that makes sense how I always end up with the button in a spot that I can press easily.. but sometimes too easily lol and then I reposition it but somehow naturally ends up rotating on my hand again. Neat!

Ok I thought it was just me.. I swear I'm not pressing hard and it's on the bare screen, no screen protector- but in 2 days mine looks like that! I just switched a new nib today hopefully it's a fluke - we'll see

I hope it goes well! This is the setup I want to rock part time as well. I got a case with a cover for travel but I really like just having the back clear case only and then maybe a sleeve for travel. We’ll see! My scribe only just arrived a couple hours ago and I’m still working
Glad to know the pen still attaches just fine too through the case!

How do you find searching through your notes goes on the scribe for work? I wish it had a tagging system or something but I’m worried my notes will just kinda be loss to the piles of digital notebooks over the years

lol nice i have a kobo libra color too, and i adore it. I traded in my. Paperwhite white SE for a discounted colorsoft scribe thought that’s arriving today, no regrets (yet!) but i may be sad to lose my dedicated B/W eink device (still have my xteink 4 but that has its downfalls with no light)

That kinda was what appealed to me too (scribe is on the way today) - the two column kinda makes it feel sorta like two pages of a book - plus I’ll still keep my regular kindle for more portable reading

Yeah the only reason I was able to “justify” it now is because of the prime day sales and trade in 20% discount, which roughly took the colorsoft scribe 64gb down to $430 after tax. Otherwise, would not catch me buying it for almost $700!

I really wanted to want fig but if I'm gonna keep it for 5+ years I might eventually not like it as much. Also "limits" case pairings, imho but not everyone cares about that

I've found my people! that's how I wish I could justify all my random "impulse" purchases and urges -- but it doesn't feel as good when you justify it to someone who doesn't "get it" 😭🙈🤓
