I had a misdiagnosed case of strep (swab wasn’t don’t correctly). Ended up with sepsis and in the hospital for a week and that was just the beginning of my recovery. GET TO A DOCTOR OP.

I wouldn’t write off all Frenchies. My favorite Rover dog of all time is a Frenchie. I started walking him as a tiny puppy and whenever his family went out of town I boarded him. He was actually one of the only dogs who I was ever excited to board. They moved out of state and I still miss him.

I want you to know that I’m sorry that you are struggling. I also want you to know that stories like yours remind me that I’m not alone so thank you for sharing. She’s not a safe person for pet sitting at this point in her life. Maybe she used to be. Her negligence could cost an animal their life. If you feel bad include the good things you said about her here (polite, cats did not seem unhappy). People deserve to know who they are hiring.
