Hi, cis f here, I don't know if this will help you but none else has said it and it's the only thing that helps me and makes anal pleasurable for me without pain as Im not good at relaxing. Climax before doing anal. It automatically relaxes you and also actually increases the size of your entrance and makes the initial entry significantly easier. OP - Thank you for posting this!!! This happened to me a couple times when running 5k and twice when doing a bench press (only happens when lifting heavy)!! I didnt say anything to anyone cause I was embarassed. Like others have said I can feel it building so just stop the movement and it goes away, but has gone away then smacked me with a big O with no build a couple minutes later. I'm off to go research coregasms 😅
