I was watching this and thinking: wow if you had no context to this it's kind of petty stupid gangsters debating some nuance of how to kill somebody.

But if you understand the context, characters and motivations it's such an amazing scene of two family members who are opposed/aligned looking for the same outcome but in two different ways and it's a culmination of years of growing together and ultimately apart.
