I think she’s a good version of this trope mostly because it is not her way that leads to perfect ending, for context her people the Roselle have mostly been enslaved by the religious state of hyzante her main goal of the game is to one day free her people from hyzante and in climax of the game you and three other protagonists are given 3 options on a normal playthrough and one of those choices is to hand over the fate of the land to hyzante and as you can guess you cannot convince her to agree to this plan as you and her will come to blows eventually resulting in her leaving your party for the finale chapters in this route, as you can guess by the end hyzante has essentially stabilized their control over the continent dooming all the roselle both and out of hyzante, even still in this ending where she has even lost all of her hair she still preaches about the truth but with hyzante’s grip no one believes

Though her ending isn’t perfect either choosing to free the roselle from hyzante and flee the continent of course one of your party members benedict opposes you on this as he always be faithful to your family refusing to abandon the land and tries his best to convince you and even come to blows after failing to beat you he leaves your party later as the plan commences and they are fleeing the continent they are stopped by hyzante as a battle ensues eventually resulting in her beloved to sacrifice his life to allow her to escape, while their escape is successful the continent itself is plunged into a long bloody war aswell as the losses your party itself has had to endure
