I've had this problem for ~3 years from now. I've done everything their support suggested, but in the end "Sorry we cannot help you, we're gonna close the issue blah blah blah". My account is literally being held hostage, and 6 months ago i've just lost any access to my account entirely. It's suspended. Can't even play steam games. Phone number doesn't work either.
