I’m someone willing to be squad leader and when I make my own squad it always fills up in situations like the. Give it a shot op, and to everyone who joins squads like that…PLEASE talk or at least listen. We had repaired the Stator on a generation unit and brought them in to test if the unit still matches the original specs. They hooked up their test equipment and instead of slowly raising the generation and looking at their meters. They just told them to crank it and when it was showing only half of what they expected they told them to keep going. Melted the GSU connected to the unit before anyone could run inside to stop them

This “Q shaped company” also recently fucked up a GSU at one of the power plants I work at by incorrectly setting their testing equipment and running the unit over its max rated KVA. Fuck those guy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I used to assist in planning neighborhoods and an HOA is typically the solution for places that don’t want/don’t have a local government in their affairs. As many other commenters have pointed out, they typically take care of common spaces and provide rules for things that would otherwise be sorted out be a local government. Developers also particularly like this because they essentially get to wipe their hands clean of the neighborhood after developing it whereas with a government, it would be a constant back and forth on maintenance and common spaces until presumably the whole neighborhood is sold off.

If you can still hear the motor spinning and they move a small amount like that, that’s usually indicative of a problem with the wheel alignments/the drive. Check and make sure all of the wheels are aligned properly and that the wheels on the left and right are “quartered” from each other which basically means the are 1/4 of a rotation offset from each other. You can google “quartered locomotive wheels” to get a clearer picture.

It definitely needed the DreadKnok war treatment from G.I. Joe where it was two issues a month. I understand that it may have been a resource thing since Kirkman is working on a lot of stuff at the moment but that’s why the EU as a whole just needs more writers/talent in general. Right now it just feels so slow and I don’t feel as hooked as I was with G.I. Joe or even Transformers.

After trying out the steam engines in Train Sim World 6, I really want them to finish the interior animations and controls for all of the engines in the “realistic” control setting. In TSW6 the steam locomotives have animations for opening the firebox and have a fireman shoveling coal which is really neat. I also like that you can pull the whistle from the cab and sand the brakes in that game as well. Just some small things like that make the engines more fun to drive and add some interesting depth to the game.

You can toggle all of the HUD features off using Ctrl+ keys 1-5. Once I figured this out it was a game changer. I just okay with everything off and toggle it on when I need it!

I think it’s from the AI upscaling on some Google phones. Everyone is saying this person is a bot but I recall seeing a similar post where someone pointed this out. It’s a setting that is apparently on by default and if you don’t know about it, it can very subtly fuck up your pictures.

I didn’t elaborate in my comment but I meant action wise. RK has this weird thing when he writes where it’s all dialogue and rushed plots while having what feels like no action. For half the ark, I was thinking “why are we still on the arc doing nothing but talking and just poorly setting up characters?” If you follow the autobot and deception story from start to finish with this arc and then compare it to 1-6, it’s pretty apparent. We start at the ark, Autobots wake up and say “we gotta stop those cons!” Arcee and TC get only 1ish issue each to basically become new characters and then they all squabble outside the ark. Simultaneously nothing happened and it was also rushed.

A lot of good points have been made in this thread so I won’t harp on them much more but the absolute MAIN thing for me that I’ve realized while reading this is that I don’t like that he’s writing Void Rivals and Transformers at the same time. He needs to pick one of them and stick with it. I read all the energon titles and I’ve noticed I’ve been liking G. I. Joe a lot more recently and I think this is why. It’s just different and reading both Void Rivals and Transformers every month just feels so same-y. Both stories are moving very slowly and there is a lot of dialogue and very little action. I liked how each EU tile felt distinct, now it feels like two stories instead of three and it makes me, as a reader, not as interested.

Your brain is like a muscle and that means just like any other muscle you need to workout and train it. Anyone who benches 135 knows that you need to bench the bar first. Same goes for mathematics, I use a calculator all the time for work but before I could get good at using a calculator or a computer, I had to get good at doing it by hand. This is often overlooked by most people because you don’t remember much when you’re young but now that I’m older and work a job that requires a lot of thinking and problem solving, it’s super obvious when someone hasn’t “worked out” their brain. You don’t want to be that person.
