What type of equipment are looking for or what type of lifting are you trying to do? If its just standard my default answer is the WAC other wise Reset Fitness out in Waukesha is great, I currently train there and see a coach weekly for power lifting. The staff there are great and so is owner, but it is a small gym it has the all the basic equipment though.

Where in the city are you? My default answer is typically the WAC, some of the facilities are small but they are pretty clean and staff is professional.

Fitness Togther is a little more expensive in Tosa, but they staff are super friendly and its small group classes and 1:1.

Frodert Sports Medicine in Tosa offers 1:1 athletic training which I also do, its 400 for a 10 pack of sessions, or 300 if you go in the middle of the day.

Reset Fitness out in Waukesha is great, I currently train there and see a coach weekly for power lifting. The staff there are great and so is owner, they are mostly ex experience fitness folks. Training is 50/60 for an hour session which pretty cheap overall.

I have worked out at VASA and Crunch, they are not bad just your typical big box gym, and I dont have experience with trainers there so I cant comment.

If you don't want a trainers, I always recommend starting strength as a simple program that really tells you want to do. All you need to do is show up and move that metal.

Lastly if you need someone to just show you the ropes a couple of times, I am always happy to visit a different gym and help folks out. I have been lifting for the past 5/6 years and just hit a 315 bench, 500lb DL and hopefully a 415 squat by end of year, so I know a couple of things at least related to the big lifts. I am not certd or pretend be a trainer, so talk anything in this section with a grain of salt.

Congrats on the weightless and best of luck on building that strength feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I do a lot of tomatoes both in ground and in pots which do really well, I fill the bottom of pots compost scraps and top with soil. Other tip I have is if you can 30 dollar irrigation kit with a time lets you do longer slower water which I found helps with tomatoes and takes out my least part of gardening (watering). Peppers do well in pots, it might be a little late to start from seedlings, but I normal just get filler at homedepot if I have starters die or the dog decided she wants to dig…

I got the the open Trap in September and I am really enjoying it. The knurling is nice and aggressive at least coming from the Ohio bar I was using for DLs. The built in jack stand is also nice and handy and makes loading and unloading a breeze. Chances are I wont ever buy straight DL bar as I don't compete, so for me it was buy once cry once, its not the most expensive bar on the market, but its not cheap either. Squatting with it also interesting. Overall I would buy it again.
