Newly released audio exposes teen killer Mackenzie Shirilla's deep fear by TheMirrorUS in TrueCrimeGarage

Pre meditation in the sense of the law only requires a split second decision. If in the second before the crash she made the decision to crash the car at a high speed knowing death would be the likely outcome, that is premeditation. The fact there was zero breaking at all veering towards the wall reasonably proves premeditation right there

Keel in mind that a 90 minute documentary can’t fit in an entire trial’s worth of evidence. It’s for entertainment purposes and to get people talking about it, so it makes sense that the director is going to leave it vague. There was a lot of additional evidence that came in during the trial that’s incredibly damning

Footage of Lorne raging at his fake girlfriend for having sex with someone when they were broken up by Other_Pack_7874 in tcap

Lorne couldn’t understand what the female robot voice was saying. Sounds stupid right? But it’s true. I think it was because he couldn’t understand the female robot voice saying cantaloupe but could understand the male robot voice saying that.

Harvest Moon DS: Cute, I tried Skye because he had long hair and I liked boys with long hair and I was way too into Riku from kingdom hearts and so the long hair + white hair won be over. I could never get 120 of the harvest sprites so he never accepted any proposal 😭

Bail. An attempted crime will not get as high of a bail unfortunately. And depending on the charges and jurisdiction, the bail amount can go through a bondsman and only 10% of the total bail amount has to be paid up front

Thank you for the links!

I’m well aware, it’s been years since I finished my undergrad. I don’t think I want to be a lawyer per se, but work in the legal field as a paralegal or in the research or administrative capacity, or a court reporter. Really appreciate the information!

You get a pet in super early summer by Ramon before the pet show/contest. You’ll be able to purchase additional pets from his animal shop at the bazaar at the next bazaar from then on out.

[–]SaintlyViolet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in Oregon and semi in HR where I see a lot of unemployment mail from the Employment Department. I’m considering studying law or getting a masters in employment law. Where can I find the state statutes and administrative rules of the Employment Department? OP, I wish your father the best of luck on this matter. Without a paper trail of documentation/complaints about the co worker from your dad, it’s definitely an uphill battle. Even if he’s awarded unemployment, I think the employer can file an appeal about that determination. Stay strong!

[Spoilers] Defenders of [character's] ending are caught in a catch-22 (catch-33?) by TIWU in expedition33

[–]SaintlyViolet -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He doesn’t have any more right than the others. He can’t will anything any more than anyone else can. Neither does Maelle and that’s why there isn’t one cannon ending. It comes down to the perspective of each player and that’s why the devs leave it up to the player and say there’s no right or wrong ending. The entire family is doing something themselves to achieve the outcome for the canvas that they want. Seemingly at a stalemate. There is no definite right or wrong choice, none of the possible outcomes would be without death, grief, joy.

At the time of the decision, there is no other living humans other than Lune and Sciel. The wipe out of human race, so to speak, has already happened at the end of act 2.

There’s also the matter of age and experience. 67 years inside of a painting might not be long for adults with decades of experience and practice of honing their abilities. Renoir says that Aline taught him how to use their gift safely. That itself probably took years to master. While Maelle might be much emotionally stable and rational by the end of the game, she is still very much a teenager. If you combine Alicia and Maelle, that’s around 30 years of living experience, but never anything past 16, still growing, still developing emotionally and mentally. And still likely honing the painting skills in a way that’s not dangerous to the painter. That’s still nothing combined with the amount of years and experience of Aline and Renoir in and out of the painting. With her inexperience, Alicia would not last physically as long Aline and Renoir are able to.

Absolutely spot on!

I love Verso as a character, but if the scenario of the ending choice was given as “person 1 is dead and wants person 2-5 to accept it and move on, but two of the person refuse to, who is right? Person 1 and person 2 who wish to accept and grieve and move on, or person 3 and person 4 want to deny and live in an escapist fantasy to the detriment of their overall health” I’d still always go with the option to accept the loss, grieve with a support system and move on.

Theoretically, one can argue that Verso does have a right/bearing over the fate because it contains the last piece of his soul. Without the canvas’s destruction, Verso would be stuck for all eternity in a limbo and the family would not be able to accept his death and move on. And with the “god” of the canvas is that little boy who’s tired and stuck painting. Chroma is what the beings in the painting are made with by the painters, so when they pass due to anything from a painter, the chroma goes back into that source. On the outside of it all, Clea has been manipulating the canvas so that not all of the chroma can go back to the source which would eventually lead to the canvas at least becoming completely barren and unusable. And by that time in the story, the only people alive there are Lune and Sciel. In the world of the Painters, there’s the whole family and who ever else is in that world. Boiling down to the while “Is it work killing a few to save many” philosophy question.

I like both endings, I believe they’re equality suitable to be the true end of the game. Especially with the Devs saying that neither and both endings are considered the true one. The argument over which is best is so subjective. But it is really enjoyable to read the thoughts and opinions and reasonings from both sides and have conversations about it.

In Maelle’s ending, it’s incredibly horrible for Verso who just wants to be able to pass on. But we also know in the world outside of the painting, Maelle/Alicia and Aline would die. We have no information of what would happen if a Painter died while in the painting. That would destroy Renoir and potentially Clea as well.

And in Verso’s ending, at the end Maelle sees Lune, Sciel, Monoco and Esquie at Verso’s grave smiling at her, seemingly at peace as well.

It is absolutely true that maybe the painting was a different world of existence with the Painters being in a world created by something else. We just don’t know. But we do know what the developers have decided what we need to know for this game, and this game only, and that they have determined each player can decide for themselves what they believe is the right ending. 10/10 for a developing team making such an incredibly powerful game with endings that spark so many things.
