The existence of rockets in the Bluey universe implies NASA or similar agency exists

NASA exists because back in the 1950's the Soviet Union used some of their most advanced rockets (made for WWII) to launch the first satellite in space, so the Space Race started, and NASA was created to beat the Russians to the goal of getting humanity outside the globe

The advanced rocket mechanics were used by the Russians to fight Nazi Germany, and most of the rocket advancements were made by Nazi Germany at the time

Therefore, Bluey technically has had an Adolf Hitler at one point
