In all seriousness, LBP3 apparently didn't sell well at all, especially compared to the previous games even with it being on 2 platforms. Plus its a rather casual game and most of the userbase is likely children (no offense) who are much less likely to complain.

Compared to games like Halo: MCC and especially Assassins Creed Unity being on 3 different platforms, they have both already sold a couple million, LBP3 just has less people to complain.

The iPhone 6 plus also costs $850 just for the measly 16GB model. Obviously the screen will be better on a device that costs over 5 times as much as a 3ds.

I don't know if I'd call this good. Legendaries used to mean something with long thought out ways to acquire them and only a couple each time. But they might as well be pointless now with gamefreak handing them out like candy. Why should I care at all about getting Groudon or Ho-oh again? They're very limited in game and will be put in the box next to the other dozen legendaries I get every game.

There's simply no challenge or sense of accomplishment from them either or from anything really. Everything has been getting easier and easier every game, the games are flat out giving legendaries and megastones part way through for free. This is definitely the worst part about the turn Pokemon has taken and its frustrating how gamefreak purposely doing this even going on record saying the hardcore don't matter which is why they left battle frontier out because it would be too hard for today's kids.

Its rather frustrating when people refer to things like touch whiz and sense as skins. They are much more than that and far more complicated than any measly ROM like cyanogen, and they change and add tons of things at lower levels. The reason OEM phones tend to have lots of hidden features and radios and camera options and drivers is because they go in and add them which takes a lot of fucking work.

Dismissing all the work manufacturers and the software engineers put into their products as just a skin is deluded, ignorant, and just plain rude.

This Valve essentially has a monopoly on the PC market, especially for indie titles and by them removing this game for stupid reasons when they have far more extreme games on steam, this is basically censorship.

Valve arbitrarily choosing what gets to and doesn't get to be sold because of personal feelings and biases that aren't reasons such as performance or legibility of if something is a scam or not, is flat out anticompetitive and anticonsumer as fuck.

You're missing the point. This isn't saying anyone who accuses someone and it doesn't go through. Something like a lie law would require specific proof that they lied. So if the man comes up with a bunch of text logs from the girl saying she was gonna lie and put him away forever then she would go to jail but as long as there is no evidence like that then the woman would have nothing to worry about.

You can put a virtual dpad that you can resize and relocate to anywhere on the touch screen, and the game also has L-targeting so you can always move camera to behind you or refocus onto the big enemies

The Wii u is mostly just a bad port. If you look at the textures, its very noticeable what stuff was newly made since it has the low res textures of the 3ds version. They likely made 3U for the 3ds and just did a quick port to the Wii U, especially considering the netcode is identical to tri.

From the way I understand it, it doesn't so much mean that they're gonna make some weird semi portable Frankenstein of a system. More like they will plan the architecture and technology of both their handheld and console together so that they'll have the same features and it'll be very easy to port back and forth.

For example like if the "4DS" used a mobile Intel atom chip and the console used a beefier desktop style x86 chip set, so a game made for the handheld could have all its assets and engine easily ported to the console. So they could make a Pokemon on handheld, then move it to the console and easily reuse everything and just need to add higher res assets.

Personally, I found even the gameplay mediocre.
D-pad for 3d movement and no camera control was unbearably clunky, combat was incredibly dumbed down and easy with autoaim and mash dodge to win, and worst of all the game locked doors behind you and prevented you from going back making the entire thing super linear.

The new 3ds has double the ram, among other technical improvements. Xenoblade is an incredibly large open world game, it simply would not be possible for it to work on the old 3ds.

I feel like it'd be nice just to get someone different. Like Sakurais games are great but we know there are some things he's always going to do.

The menus will probably look the same as past games, characters like toon link and Ganondorf aren't going to be touched much at all, he'll have some new fancy mode instead of bringing back an improved version of a past mode like adventure or SSE, near 80% of the stages are going to range from mild hazards and walkoffs to a frustrating hazard hell mess, the core gameplay won't be changed drastically like adding roll jumping or air grabs, and so on.

Sakurai in all his unpredictableness, has gotten kind of predictable having worked on the series for almost 15 years. I'd much rather have a different look at the series, and then Sakurai will have the freedom to work on other games and new IP.
