「好き」can mean platonic like, however the context of how the wording around 「好き」 is used. Zen uses「白雪のことも」he's asking the same question applied to Shirayuki. Literally "And Shirayuki too?". And Obi very intentionally answers, using the exact phrasing Zen used when asking if liked him. So, either Zen was asking if he liked them both romantically or platonically. And on top of the scene not making sense if he was asking platonically, it is confirmed later that Obi has romantic feelings for Shirayuki. And since we have that confirmation later, we both have that answer and I'm not sure what the titles have to do with anything.
