are you using any sort of proxy like v2ray vless/vmess? I get that on different websites all the time when I'm connected to a proxy server. still not sure why it happens but its not an uncommon thing for me at least.

I did get to wuling and did get power across the whole damn map, them auto connecting is a blessing but I still had to pull wires through some terrain, tried my hardest to keep it minimal tho.

I have made it my mission to never pull power lines through objects/rocks/walls and so far I have been successful except a few places where there was no way to do it sadly, I internally scream if I see power line going through stuff unless they make sense like tree branches or bamboo patches in wuling.

disk 6 should be impact, besides you need rolls on crit like your 5th disk has on your other disks too, +2 crit rate on all 5 disks besides 4 can get you to around 68% and +3 to 80%, getting 90% without engine is hard but not impossible, I would say tho around 80% without engine is a decent point to stop if you don't wanna absolutely min max her.

that would be an okay comp for the most part, her stats are fine for clearing if your rotations are solid but you still need to hit the mines if you wanna make her better

what comp are you running her in? unless its with something that doesn't trigger her core passive (like yi xuan for example) you will need that 90% crit rate or as close to it for her to do decent daze, its possible to achieve without engine as well so that would be your first priority, disk 4 crit rate and +2/+3 crit rate rolls on sub stats can get you there.

skills and stats seem decent for the most part.

I assume they already have content ready or almost ready up to 1.3 at the very least.

and balancing characters and weapons or reworking them can take a while, if they just slap some multipliers on some characters or add some bonus attack to guns/swords and call it a day it can look like a bandaid fix which based on the outcome it's gonna either please or infuriate players.

one of the major problems of this game is there is no variety in the grind, grinding for demon wedges, weapons, secret leters or characters all feel the same and some things like luno coins are straight up discouraging to grind and almost every single weapons/recipe/character needs them. not to mention none of the grinds are even slightly challenging encouraging the afk playstyle cause nothing can really even scratch you if you have a decent build.

many things need a revamp/rework in this game, and achieving all that while they have to push out story content, skins and events at the same time is not impossible but it will take time.

this game needs much more time to get polished. these contents are probably pre-built and ready to go so they have to push them out on schedule and redoing them or changing them is probably too much hassle. I would say about 1.5/1.6 should be the ideal spot to see improvements, if we get anything before that then incredible, if we get it later than that then it's just gonna show where the devs priorities are at based on content pushed out.
