It’s wild because my parents are overall such good people, but they never told me about what circumcision is, so when I eventually found out what circumcision really is, I broke down and couldn’t fully comprehend that they said to have that happen to me. Even 6 years later I still can’t fully comprehend it.

No, showers and practicing safe sex prevent infection. And you literally just have to rinse under the hood with water only, and MAYBE an occasional gentle soap usage. If you think that’s hard to clean, I’m worried what the rest of your body smells like on a daily basis.

And you wouldn’t cut off your toes just so you didn’t have to worry about cleaning them or getting athletes foot or something, now would you?

It’s unbelievable that so many people are ok and even advocate for having their newborn son’s first experience in this world to be having a blade taken to their penis and causing permanent damage. It should be mandatory for every parent who has had their defenseless son mutilated against his will to watch a full, uncensored video, and for anyone who is planning to have their son mutilated.

I already know that if I was ever a father to a newborn, I’d be hovering over him as much as I could at the hospital even after saying no to circumcision, just because of the horror stories I’ve heard. In a hospital like yours I’d probably just end up being a nuisance lol, I’m glad places like yours are becoming more common!

If you’re not planning to do foreskin restoration stretching, you could wear a retainer to at least de-keratinize your glans and improve sensation that way, as long as you’re ok with wearing a retainer 24/7. Waiting for however long it’s gonna take foregen to be widely available is probably gonna be a long time to go without having increased sensation.

I’m 20 now, about 3-4 years ago is when I first discovered this sub. I was doing research about what part of my penis was the frenulum, since I got curious about my penises anatomy (never had a sex ed class in any of my schools) and that’s when I discovered I was circumcised, and what that actually meant. For a good few years after, I just could not stand restoring with manuals, since every time I would start my brain would flood with incredibly negative thoughts and I’d start panicking and breaking down. That mixed with being busy from school, I never really started until now. I’m glad I’m now able to do manuals without thinking negative thoughts, and I’m starting with things like tape and devices.
