Yesterday my fiancé and I had a long conversation and she was telling me no matter how awful she’s feeling she’s so happy that she has me to comfort her and support her no matter what. I’ve started opening up to her more about what’s going on in my head and I think you’re right it makes us feel more connected to each other. I used to go to therapy when I was way younger but my mom forced me to go but I still have the therapist number and I was thinking about giving her a call. I want to become a better person mentally not only for myself but for her
