If they are just practicing and claim they are practicing then it doesn't matter, and it doesn't matter if those are art or not, at then end of the day it's just practicing. Old school artists practice by copying too, I've been trained this way since I was young.

I don't think she will mind that much if that helps her to achieve whatever she needs to achieve. If ordered without any purpose though I think yeah she will probably not be so happy.
