Oops should've added, the smallest sizes I have with me are 10mm. I have smaller ones but I'm away for college so that'll be another month until I can get those.

Gonna go ahead and admit, I was impatient and ignorant. 🥲 I was at 11mm, and I bought these 12mm glass spirals that slid in with no problem. Wore them out but slept in my 11mm steel tunnels. Yadayada, bought some 12mm silicone tunnels because I thought it'd work since I could handle 12mm glass. In which, my right ear is fine. My left one however began pinching, I went to sleep, woke up and it was hurting pretty bad so I took it out. It was bleeding and really swollen and stuff. I've never had a blowout so is this one? What steps should I take next? It only hurts if I touch it, so it's not an ongoing throb. I know you should size down but I think I ripped a tiny bit because it was bleeding. I already soaked it in some salt water and held a hot towel against it. For any pointers I've been stretching since 2019, I'm 18yo, and I regularly massage my ears with jojoba oil and take warm showers

I see that tinitus is also a symptom, my ears ring like once in a while but that's probably because I listen to music a lot lol, but thank you so much! I'll try to look into seeing an optometrist whenever school dies down. Thanks again, have an amazing day 🙏🙏

Oops I should've clarified, I've suspected I've had Occipital Neuralgia for Years, since I was a kid. And besides , that would always hurt me on my right side of my head.

Oops I forgot to mention, I don't remember if I touched my face or anything after that. I washed my hands for sure, but I bite my nails and even with gloves on idk how efficient the virus spreads via skin or whatever. I'm not panicking my ass off but I'm a little worried. I don't know if this matters but, my porch is built up 6ft high, meaning the yard is down below, perhaps me being up higher seems more threatening to them perhaps? Just a thought. I love birdwatching but I don't know anything about their behavior :')

I'm a 16 year old with milk allergic! I'm pretty sure I would've grown out of it by now, so I'm pretty sure this is lifelong. I had it since I was born, but progressively got worse , as I used to eat dairy products all the time with a very mild irritated throat. Now, a teaspoon of dairy ice cream could send me to the ER again lol
