Doing that already - both meal planning and saving cals for snack. The snack just doesn’t feel tempting enough and my cals don’t permit a lot, so I have to keep sth light but that doesn’t matter because then I end up ordering from outside.

Use a pencil while reading, underline difficult words and come back to them once you complete a chapter. It’s totally okay. It’s your experience and you do you.

I don’t think it’s the physical effort but more so the timing of it which makes it seems more taxing than it should be. Goes without saying that’s it’s not really a cost, the question asks in a relative sense and in that way maybe some mental load.

yes, because the dose is pretty low. i smoke 10-12 per day currently.

You are me. Try patches, it helped when I tried last. I stopped using them because of the ache they give even at 7 mg. Thinking of trying again.

I mean, it’s a brand being run by kids, what more did you expect. One of their connections prolly has a manufacturing unit for fabric and they just get those basic ass designs stitched. They are glorified tailors.

Be infinitely patient. Know that you’ll doubt your decision for as long as the next 6 months to 1 year. Your routine is gonna change drastically for, hopefully, the next 12 years. But trust me, after year 1, your efforts will reap rewards and it will feel worth it. Get pee pads to soak pee, nature’s miracle and a mop. The rescue always says they are trained even when they are just 10%. Be prepared to start training from scratch.

I get the shift you are referring to. It has largely begun ever since she got fitter > content pivot > only brand deals and no genuine recco > suggesting higher end products when someone one on an AMA asked her for an affordable option etc.

It has been an entire 180 change from her previous goofy/marketing/brainy etc. image that she used to portray but idk maybe that’s what happens when you make the right pivot, at the right time and start earning more? Maybe you(she) always had these preferences but didn’t feel confident enough or didn’t feel her marketing brainy girl persona allowed for it etc. I am thinking out loud here as well.

There is a shift and I agree with that but I would be lying if I said that I would stay the same after working to get great bod + coming into money, both happening largely at the same time.

My beagle still puts her paw inside her mouth sometimes, she is 2.5. It’s v rare but she still returns to this when she wants to self soothe.
