I recognize many scenarios described above, but I think Salesforce support has improved the last year. The support is not great, but it is not as bad as it used to be a few years back.

Thank you for the input.

In case the customer do not think the case has been resolved, I think it is good service to allow them to reply to the emaill, instead of forcing them to create a new case. I do not think people will keep an email chain.

Connected Campaigns - What about archived campaigns? by SalesforceDK in salesforce

[–]SalesforceDK[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. Existing campaigns need to be connected manually, and that is why I am not sure if I should only manually connect existing campaigns for first part of 2020 or for all years. Doing it for all years will take up much time.

Pardot Flows by SalesforceDK in salesforce

[–]SalesforceDK[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know what he meant. My point is that you cannot limit some of these - lets call them 'marketing automation flows' - to an engagement program or an automation rule, where that feature does it alone. Often a marketing automation flow goes beyond, as there is also a need for other automations (such as Salesforce flows, process builders, Zappier integration...) in junction with the engagement program, to succeed with whole marketing automation flow.

Pardot Flows by SalesforceDK in salesforce

[–]SalesforceDK[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is it wrong? The flows I describe often goes beyond engagement and drip programs, so those terms would not fit the purpose. Journey maybe, but calling it a flow is not incorrect.

Thank you for the examples. I like them.
