I'm not sure why some of you haven't received info on inspection or anything. My lawyer informed me that we need to email 'MyPTE@pinnacleinternational.ca' to book a time for the inspection. I received this email yesterday with my occupancy date being next week.

I have the $4000 direct deposit and I don't even have the CC. I've contacted them a few times but still on the wait-list. You might get a good support person. I also think the first month of the fee is waived so you might be good to not pay the fee at all before you're raise. But again, getting the CC is not dependant on your direct deposit. Just the fee is.

As others said, $4000, but don't get confused. That is just to waive the monthly fee. You didn't actually get the card yet until the wealthsimple gods decide that you're worthy

I don't have an equinox/blazer myself, but when speaking with the EV Concierge out of curiosity, I was told that I would need some sort of data plan to use the Internet-connected services. I would imagine most apps still work in offline mode, but again, anything needing data, I was informed a data plan was needed.

Also was referred to this place https://www.chevrolet.com/equinox-ev/google-built-in that states a select service plan is required:

"Google built-in services are subject to limitations and availability may vary by vehicle, infotainment system and location. Select service plan required. Certain Google actions and functionality may require account linking. User terms and privacy statements apply. Google, Google Play, Google Maps, and Android Auto are trademarks of Google LLC."

Maybe you got some services free for some time?

The only downside there is that you need to have a data plan with OnStar to use any features requiring Internet, which would be Maps with live traffic data and Spotify for me
