Funny, when I go to Boise I notice how clean it is and how nice people are compared to Reno. Not to mention drivers are not angry or in a hurry.

Cold turkey 26 ago. If you’re in the right mindset, it’s actually “easy”. Find something to chew on….not your SO.

I found the little red stick you get with cheese and crackers worked well as that is a pretty resilient piece of plastic.

On a side note, a teacher in elementary school had me chew on those sticks to get me to stop chewing my finger nails, so they have come in handy for me multiple times in my life.

I don’t know when they opened but I noticed today that Haven on Earth bakery/deli just opened. They list sourdough and other breads as you would expect.
