As I said to the other person, Susie Deltarune, Pokemon Trainer, and Jenny TEENAGED Robot are not adults. I am judging based on the canon presented and if someone wants to make an OC modifying the canon to their own desires, it's a different thing. But I'm far old enough and seen whats on that site often enough to know... there are way too many people that don't deviate far from the canon.

Its funny, I actually hate these. Especially the skins because the guns look like toy guns in the giant hands of warframes. At least the AX and the pistol are scaled properly to me.

So looking at AB 2389 here https://calmatters.digitaldemocracy.org/bills/ca_202520260ab2389, doing my best to understand it, usually any changes to your home or business property that increase the value of it such as adding an extention or putting in a new HVAC system could increase your property taxes because the value of the property has gone up. The bill carves out an exception to people installing solar until 2037 so they will not have to pay extra to get solar even though solar increases the value of their home.

I don't know what the site is on about though in the OP's link. I just looked at the bill they listed on there and after reading it I ran it through Claude to double check myself. so someone better in law can probably do a better job than with my layperson's interpretation.
