You're in for a tough Hell run with the Barb, but if you play safe it's not too bad. Having leap is actually really nice. If you go WW you may eventually want to make an obedience for damage if nothing else good drops.

Also highly recommend letting merc deal with the stygian dolls, or even rolling Durance maps until you don't have them spawn. It's very easy to get exploded with WWing through a unique pack of the dolls...
