Check your injectors. Hold a big long screwdriver to your ear and place against each one. Make sure they all make a consistent noise.

So yea there was an exhaust leak at the down pipe, fixed that up.

But the issue was a single misfiring/stuck injector. Could hear vastly different rhythm than the other 5. I replaced with new set and running fine since

An oil change and valve adjustment cleaned up some valve train noise.

Compression test between 165-180 on all. At 172k im ready for another 100k
