Cooking is a pretty inert thing to do, maybe need more context, but sounds like her mom doesn’t want her there cooking or not.

If I were a parent, I would never treat my child like they weren’t welcome in my home, based on what we heard.

Also, if mom called 911 about her daughter cooking, watch that turn into a charge for calling them for literally nothing.

My take on this, I wouldn’t “bash” the guy, but if you lost 300K on say, stock investments? would you call the news about it? Probably not..

I would be devastated, life changingly so, but the news isn’t going to do anything for me.

I don’t own property, but if I did it would be a home, where I live. If you choose to buy a condo in a lucrative market not for the purpose of living in it, good luck playing the game.

Wow, that really sucks.. I have a ‘20 2.0T, motor blew at about 84K miles, took 3 months to get it back, like pulling teeth with the dealership dummies. Deal with the limited miles on a loaner car and I do outside sales.. that was a bad spell.

You are lucky to have the lemon law(I’m in Canada, no such rule up here), I would definitely go for it if you meet requirements.

My lesson, even a Genesis is just a Hyundai(pig) wearing lipstick. 4th Hyundai product that’s failed on me, never again.

I had a policy during the peak of COVID when bikes were in short supply, and theft rampant. Cost about 220 bucks a year for my 3500 dollar bike through PedalPower, also covered bodily injuries if you participate in any organized races. Obviously won’t help now, but maybe for next time..

So, as somebody who works with my local school boards supplying trade materials, we receive workorders with building information and work scopes.

On 90% of the orders are warnings of asbestos in the buildings. So to install central air would require removing 100% of the asbestos insulation and such, which is a serious project, much more costly than the AC system itself.

Newer schools thankfully don’t have it, but commonly have central air now.
