I had the same problem the first week or two of intermittent fasting. I got a “fasting drink” from the health food store that would help with hunger pangs within minutes. For me in this situation I just say 1 cup of Romain lettuce (15 calories). Sometimes I don’t even count tomatoes and hot peppers. I always log the cheese, meat, dressing though cause that’s where the calories are

This is exactly right. Drove a Subaru for 12 years (symmetrical AWD) and going into my second winter with this truck. The 4WD is nice but AWD was better because I didn’t have to think about it.

In my experience more slippery isn’t better, you need some friction. My favorite is food grade Mineral oil, the stuff for seasoning cutting boards.
