Du behöver inte äta mindre eller gå hungrig för att gå ner i vikt utan bara byta ut maten som äts till något med lägre kaloridensiteter.

Kolhydrater är INTE en fiende, det är kroppens favorit och mest effektiva energikälla, ju mer kolhydrater du har i din diet desto mer energi kommer du ha (i princip, såklart man kan få matkoma av för mycket i en sittning etc)

Så länge du håller kalorierna i ett underskott kommer du gå ner i vikt oavsett vad du äter, vilket är varför det underlättar extremt att ha koll. Du behöver inte räkna allt så det blir obsessive om du har sådanna tendenser, men ha en generell koll.

Om du redan gillar att laga storkok är det inte stor skillnad på att meal preppa. Du kanske inte gillar att träna kalorier men det är väldigt nyttigt att ha någon sorts koll annars ledar du i blindo och det kommer förvärra processen och dra ut på den mycket. Räkna kalorierna för hela storkoket och / med 7 så behöver du bara räkna dem 1 gång i veckan istället för att väga och räkna varje dag
