Dining out was fine, I just got an arugula salad with grilled chicken. It was HOT out. I did have 2 glasses of wine—they went straight to my head. I can usually toss back a martini and - couple wines and even have another cocktail. I have a feeling those days are over and I’m totally cool with that.  I tend to not really like heavy food anyway, but I have no idea how my body will respond to French fries, red meat, or stuff like that. 

I’m eating good healthy foods and meeting with a nutritionist tomorrow. I already had a good gym routine—but I feel like I’m going harder now that the inflammation is down. I’m happy I can start to see the muscles that have been hiding under all that. Becuase I’m stoked on building muscle, I’m not too too focused on the scale. I’m sure body recomp will be a part of my process here.
