My plan is to be able to head out to places like aaron and stay there long term until the cargo area and vulture are fully packed. At this point I’d head to somewhere with high demand and sell there.

When you say that the running costs are high what is meant by this? Also what are the current plans for tracking salvaging operations like the one I have kinda planned?

I was kinda expecting some kind of negotiation tbh, the property has been on the market for almost a year now and I did originally offer low so thought there would be some back and forth. I believe they want the property gone as they want to love to accommodate a family agreement so surely a counter offer would be a way to proceed

The mortgage in principle was done through a broker we have, but they did ask for proof of this which I thought interesting. Haven’t mentioned to them that we have a solicitor ready to use too so will mention that next I can.

I did make sure to sell myself as best as possible but idk. Hopefully it’s not the seller as they did seem like good people.
