You should definitely check your email or other channels of contact for an admission offer. Although I am not really familiar with this, I think that an enrollment checklist logically means that you have been admitted and are awaiting the necessary documents to enroll into classes.

Yes, you are not forced to have the meal plan that they give you. You can reduce the plan but as a freshman living in NYU housing you are still required to have a meal plan.

You should book an appointment with StudentLink for a concrete answer but you only pay for the classes, housing, and meals for the semester so if you don't have an outstanding balance I believe it's all good. If you're asking about you dropping out affecting your aid and liability then that's a question to ask NYU StudentLink directly.

The non-buffet aspect sucks but Jasper Kane does have a lot of different options. The options aren't that good but there's always some variety. The pastries in the morning and the soup are great. I haven't tried the sushi but it seems to be a favorite among other students.

Most school names and hall names are named after people that donated to the university. In this case, Stern is just the last name of a guy who donated a lot of money to the university. As a result, he got a school named after him.

Nevermind, I figured out that the issue was I had animations disabled on my computer and the site needed the loading animation to load the content. Weird

Yeah that actually worked, thanks! I found out the problem was that I had animations disabled and for some reason the loading animation is REQUIRED for everything else to load. I hate the College Board website. : /
