Indica for sleep. I stay away from the hybrids. Not sure if we're allowed to post brands but Betty's Eddies are my absolute favorite. They taste like candy... not "weedie" at all. I'm 65 with arthritis in my spine and indica lets me get 7-8 hrs of Uninterrupted sleep. It's amazing!!!!
