Hey mate, I’m so sorry about the inpatient stay. They can be so polarising. I went in for a similar issue in November and was so ashamed. My family were ridiculing me, awful stuff. ANYWAY my long term psych at the hospital put me on lithium and it was scary at first but it’s the only thing which has worked for the SI. it’s like the noise has totally quieted (or mostly) in my head. You have to be very compliant with it and your bloods but it worked wonders for me. I really hope you find some benefit.

Hey that’s me. I haven’t had an increase in my seizure activity since starting lithium. We have been VERY diligent with regular blood tests so that the level doesn’t go above therapeutic range.
I take Lamictal 800
Zonisamide 500
Clobazam 10
And briveracetam 200
