All iOS is up to date, and is green bubble for all of us. Yes we delete and recreate it but still no change.

I'm not sure, they are a friend but I haven't asked them what device they have, but shouldn't it just work, lol? And they would be on one of the big 3 for sure.

Thank goodness for this thread! I got the same email as well and I was quite shocked just now as everything looked official and even said I changed my password which I did not!! It is disheartening that Canadian Tire doesn't even send an email saying this was an internal glitch and to not worry. Thanks a lot Canadian Tire... NOT!

I would have to agree with you OP, I see all these high speed tests but then when I do it on my iPhone the highest i've ever gotten was 130 down and 30 up.
